By accessing or using the OpticAlpha terminal, data feeds, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
OpticAlpha provides real-time market data aggregation and visualization across equities, cryptocurrency, options, and macroeconomic indicators. The Service delivers data from third-party sources and presents it in a consolidated dashboard. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided.
We offer a 14-day free trial that provides access to the full terminal. No credit card is required to start the trial. Upon expiration, continued access requires an active Pro subscription.
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via email if you believe you are eligible. Refunds, if granted, are at our sole discretion.
The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by OpticAlpha and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
The Service aggregates data from multiple third-party providers. Your use of that data is subject to the respective terms and licenses of those providers. OpticAlpha does not warrant third-party data accuracy or availability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Trading decisions based on Service data are your sole responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpticAlpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
For questions about these terms, contact us at [email protected]. For privacy-related matters, see our Privacy Policy.
