Now Palantir. Its latest call on file is from August third. Second quarter revenue was $1.935 billion, up 93%. Palantir guided third quarter revenue of about $2.16 billion.

It also raised its full year range to between $8.15 billion and $8.158 billion. Guidance sets the bar. The move often comes from how the print compares with expectations, not the headline beat. None of this predicts how either stock will react.
